Job Description:

BA & PM 80%

Identify opportunities for IT/Data improvement, define new ways of working and determine actions required to implement new processes.Evaluate vendors and solutions with a professional point of view.Own the local solutions footprint and drive to minimize this footprint as much as possible to increase the number of global solutions in the Mars digital portfolio.Identify synergy opportunities for cross pillars and functions about digital solutions, bridge corresponding stakeholders.Sitting in performance review of application service review and identifying opportunities for improvement and follow up with MGD GDO team for implementation.Assist in collecting and preparing the annual budget planning.Partner with business stakeholders, the MGS DT team to lead the digital project delivery.Support the development, implementation and services of Domestic Control Tower/Cost to Serve Projects for the APAC marketsWork on managing the VCO regional portfolioA role to support FuturMaster (Enterprise Planning) customer elements, to deliver more efficient valueDevelop trade expenditure forecast capabilities internallyCreate value by delivering key cost saving opportunities with technology in logistics, with a view to reducing LCC’s in APAC.

IT governance 15%

Lead overall technical architecture framework and roadmap assessment & design for digital supply projects.Ensure the designed framework meets data security compliance requirements by both Mars standard and local governance regulations.

Communication 5%

Timely communicate the DT achievement to business stakeholder to expand the digital influence through various channels, e.g email, video clip, Yammer, etc.
