Promote and facilitate shop floor workflow analysis and implement standard work to achieve improvement priorities in a sustainable manner via process-based improvements.

Support production team to create future state improvement roadmaps with clear executable plans that are in line with the business strategies or KPI improvement needs.

Bachelor’s Degree or above
本科及以上学历
 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with assignments in project management/lean manufacturing.

Strong project management skill. Able to establish and track an integrated project schedule and metrics that accurately measure progress.

Hands-on experience implementing Lean in manufacturing and transactional areas including “big picture” improvements.
