As a Production Supervisor, you'll oversee shift production teams, ensuring adherence to schedules and maintaining a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities

Ensure a safe work environment for all employeesSupervise shift production teams to meet production schedulesPlan and allocate resources according to production schedules and staffing needsParticipate in implementing strategies and policies to improve daily and long-term operationsProvide feedback to team members and facilitate their developmentAddress performance issues through coaching, mentoring, or disciplinary action as neededLead root cause investigations using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) toolsEnsure accuracy and currency of work instructionsTrack and facilitate the training and development of team members

Qualifications

Five (5) years minimum of manufacturing experience in an aerospace or related field requiredBachelor’s degree in a related field and Aerospace experience preferredHigh school diploma equivalent (GED) requiredMust be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate in EnglishMust be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $96,000 Depending on experience
