What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Master degree on business is preferred;Minimum 2-3 years working experiences in Purchasing/Souring areas preferably in Food or Feed industry.Able to create a vision by analyzing data/market and by getting inspiration from different sources and align with key stakeholders. Mobilize X-functional resources to develop strategic & SMART action plan to deliver result.Able to comprehend and effectively communicate the science and technology part of materials and process.

What will be your key responsibilities?

- Price Risk Management and cost control

Market analysis, forecasting raw materials prices, propose/decide right buying time and coverage.Contract negotiation. Finding opportunity by benchmarking within units and keep close contact with supply markets

- Supplier management

Engage and manage suppliers to meet or exceed Mars PN requirements on quality and serviceTo ensure consistent supply through supplier management and development

- Leverage supplier capability and optimize supply chain

Engage and motive internal stakeholders (e.g. R&D) for competitive recipe & prime activities.  Leverage supplier capability to improve Mars product performance.Ensure materials total Cost of Ownership by driving competitive transaction cost, inventory level, improve write-off and excess performance, etc..
