A boutique inner-city design practice is seeking a talented Architect with developed skills in large-scale Mixed-Use/Multi-Residential projects from design development to construction and delivery. MUST HAVE SYDNEY PROJECT EXPERIENCE

This is a great opportunity to join a thriving creative practice and work on high quality influential projects. You will be working directly with the Director and contribute to the design ethos of the studio.

 

 Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with design team on projects from concept to construction Build strong rapport with clients, consultants and team members Ensure delivery of high-quality details Coordination with Client, Consultants, and Suppliers Produce beautiful documentation

 

 Skills & Experience

Proven experience working on Residential projects Good Revit skills  Understanding of the ADG and local codes Excellent communication skills Independent working rights Developed skills in construction documentation and detailing
