Rainbow Decker Associate

What does a successful Rainbow Decker Associate do at Fiserv?

You will join the team at our Shoreview location and receive training on our world class plastic production equipment as a rainbow decker. You will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot the production machines to produce accurate work on a timely basis. You will cross train in other departments of production and perform other tasks depending on workload.

What you will do:

Operate a variety of production machines to generate personalized credit/debit cardsAdapt and multitask as production volume changes without advanced noticeConduct quality checks to verify that the production materials are accurate according to the job orderStage materials after job run for warehouse pickupCross train to learn the operation of other production equipment

What you will need to have:

6+ months experience working as a Fiserv rainbow decker  Experience using a computer for data entryProficiency in spoken and written EnglishAbility to perform basic math to support various job responsibilitiesAbility to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistanceMust be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel and bend often

What would be great to have:

A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience1 year of experience in a fast-paced production environment1 year of experience in operating production machines

Salary Range

$28,200.00-$37,900.00
