Radiology Technologist
Job Title: Technologist Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technologist to join our dynamic and growing team. This position will primarily be based in Princeton but will require floating to other locations as needed. The role involves handling between 10-30 patients per day, managing orders and supplies, ensuring quality assurance standards are met, and operating machinery with minimal training. Clerical tasks will also be part of the role during downtime. Responsibilities + Handle between 10-30 patients per day. + Order and stock supplies as needed. + Perform quality assurance checks to ensure machines are functioning properly, including checking for cracks and scanning machines. + Operate EMR-SIS software. + Assist with clerical tasks during downtime, such as ordering supplies. + Work in coordination with a per diem technician who provides additional support. Essential Skills + Quality control experience. + Medical and radiology expertise. + NJ License and National certification. + Ability to operate machinery with minimal training. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Orthopedic experience preferred. + CR experience preferred but not required. + Eager to learn and not afraid to ask for help. + Knowledge in quality assurance. Work Environment This role is based in a busy orthopedic office with varying patient volumes depending on the number of doctors scheduled. The work schedule typically runs from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some variability. Staff members are provided schedules in advance and are expected to arrive 15 minutes early to prepare machines. The position offers a supportive and inclusive office culture with no weekend work required. Daily lunch breaks range from 30 minutes to 1 hour, with frequent lunches provided by representatives and occasional catered meals for special events.
