Under direction of the Radiology Information Services Director, performs a variety of IT functions such as system software and hardware installation, maintenance and training. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Requires Associate's Degree or greater in a computer-related field; minimum 2 years of experience in a computer-related field; analytical ability in order to (a) analyze changes and enhancements in vendor software packages and to evaluate the impact of such enhancements on existing production systems and existing operating procedures and (b) monitor computer system performance and analyze data in order to determine the extent to which the performance characteristics of the system are being attained; and in-depth knowledge of system software as well as an experience-based knowledge of the application architecture for the hospital
