Radiologist Scheduling Coordinator

In this role you will be cultivating and maintaining strong Radiologist relationships and will be working within a team environment to ensure Radiologist staffing levels are serving our clients and patients throughout our 24/7/365 teleradiology operations.

Your role:

Continuous review and maintenance of our scheduling systems to ensure comprehensive coverage for our 24/7 teleradiology operations. Working closely with several teams and managers to ensure comprehensive coverage for our 24/7 teleradiology operations and to evaluate radiologist staffing levels and plan for efficient coverage.Daily monitoring, tracking and fulfillment of radiologist’s schedule; including weekend and holiday coverage, punctuality and deviation from scheduled shift and converting time worldwide to communicate/interpret schedules for DR Radiologists, DR Clients and DR StaffAttending necessary meetings to ensure rapport and teamwork between departments. Taking notes, upkeep agendas for certain weekly meetings as well as processing daily shift summaries and maintaining various spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.Communicating and relationship building with DR Radiologists, DR Staff and DR Clients on multiple devices/programs to provide exceptional customer service by providing prompt, courteous responses to all Radiologist requests and Clients Requests as well as providing data and scheduling insights to other departments supporting radiologists including but not limited to Credentialing, Licensing, Privileging, Physician Resources, and Billing.Collaborating with other departments including working closely with IT on development/testing of new features and assist in problem solving any issues that arise in our systems and assisting with Off-boarding tasks for DR Clients & DR Radiologists

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 1+ year experience in a medical office environment with 1+ year experience with physician scheduling preferred and 1+ year teleradiology/radiology support experience preferredYour skills include the ability to work independently and solve complex problems, proficiency in Excel, and a typing speed of 60 words per minute. This role will require great attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.You have a High School degree OR equivalent required, AS degree preferredYou must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.You’re a self-starter, energetic, organized, a fast learner and thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.  Must have the ability to think of creative solutions for day-to-day challenges.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $18.00 to $32.00The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $19.00 to $34.00The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $20.00 to $35.00The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $22.00 to $38.00

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
