JOB SUMMARY:
To install components of electrical and electronics systems. May be required to train with higher grade
technicians while in training.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Works from airplane orders, inspection records, standard shop practices, oral and written
instructions to install a variety of components for standard and option electrical and electronic
systems.
o Installs wire bundles, radios, instruments, speakers, switches, lights and other
components.
• Functional tests partial systems using some standard test equipment such as continuity lights and
volt-ohmmeters.
• Uses a variety of hand tools to install, adjust and replace components according to standard shop
practices.
• Responsible for the quality of own work.
• Performs other related duties as required.

EDUCATION:
Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification.
