Radiation Therapist II, Radiation Oncology
Job Details

ChristianaCare is hiring a full time Radiation Therapist II for our radiation oncology department in the Helen F. Graham Center in Newark, DE.

As a Radiation Therapist II, you would be Under clinical supervision of the Chief, Radiation Therapist and the professional direction of a radiation oncologist performs various radiation therapy treatments and/or simulations at a technical level requiring minimal supervision of technical details.  

Our mission is to provide safe, effective radiation treatments to our cancer patients.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8 hour day shift

No weekends or holidays

Qualifications:

High school diploma

Graduate of an accredited school for Radiation Therapy (CHEA, University-based program)

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

5 years of professional experience and/or employed a minimum of3 years at Christiana Care Radiation Oncology

Special Requirements:

Board certification in Radiation Therapy Technology (ARRT)

State of Delaware licensure as Radiation Therapy Technology; may be requested to obtain Maryland license.
