Responsibilities Join a high performing team providing acquisition and Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) for multiple space-based RADAR missions. Serve our decision makers and warfighters by ensuring operators and users can discover, visualize, and assess GEOINT products from multiple sensors. Be part of an organization that is on the cutting edge of applying Digital Engineering, Cloud, DevSecOps, test automation, Agile, and Artificial Intelligence methods and technologies to solve our customer’s toughest challenges. You will work closely with operators and users to ensure their mission use cases continue even during unexpected issues. You will trouble-shoot issues that may prevent collection or processing of RADAR and work with multiple development teams to empower users to characterize issues and resolve them through automated or manual procedures. You will engineer requirements, architecture designs, and orchestrate software testing to ensure the end-to-end system-of-system solution meets mission needs. Your responsibilities are to: Lead an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to define, plan, and deliver end-to-end RADAR solutions across multiple sensors. Create and maintain dashboards on readiness to deliver RADAR capabilities across multiple software systems, test readiness, and operational status. Create concept of operations, Agile Solution Epics, giver/receivers, schedule/roadmaps, and test plans to ensure new solutions are fully coordinated across all the applicable software systems. Review specifications and interfaces for RADAR mission control and mission processing functions. Define and prioritize content for development releases and sprints by translating community needs and formal requirements into Agile Solution Epics. Define acceptance criteria and witness development demonstrations to validate and verify requirements have been met. Engage GEOINT community on early development products to prepare for new releases, support new Operational sensors, and prioritize discrepancies and enhancements. Lead Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) between the Gov’t, SETA, and Development teams. Qualifications Required: BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7 Must Possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly Experience with RADAR planning and scheduling, imagery, metadata, and/or calibrations. Experience with RADAR processing. Experience with Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA). Strong representational, oral, and written communications skills; including the ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products. Proven organization and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with personnel at all levels of government. Desired: Knowledge of EO or RADAR systems, CONOPS, or data types Knowledge of EO or RADAR processing steps from raw data to finished products. Experience with Digital Engineering and/or Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Experience with large-scale enterprise software integration, testing, and transitions. Knowledge of SAFe or Agile frameworks. Experience with commercial Atlassian tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA). Knowledge of Requests for Changes (RFCs) and Configuration Management (CM) processes.
