Racks and un-racks parts on fixtures to be cleaned and painted by performing the following duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Hang parts on paint line with hooks at intervalsPerform a Quality Check on parts for any noticeable deficiencyEnsure parts are not hung to close as to touchCheck parts for noticeable rust or dirtInstruct new rackers on proper hang procedures and patternsRemove parts from moving paint line conveyorStack parts on correct size pallets or skidsPack parts in correct cartons by specified methodsInspect painted parts for good paint coverage, dirt or rust spotsBand pallets of parts if required Works closely with Product Engineering, if required.Complete 60-day probation period without incurring disciplinary action.Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
