The opportunity

 

As part of our EY - Finance Consulting Team, you will help clients develop their Performance Improvement initiatives and identify potential opportunities for performance improvements drive them. This includes techno-functional role conducting finance processes assessments, deep diving and analysing pain areas and coming up with solutions. The client base spans across industries and countries.

Your key responsibilities

 

•    Perform RTR activities, including general ledger, reporting, and month-end close, GL reconciliations.
•    Support compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
•    Help with financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
•    Contribute to RTR process improvements and system enhancements.
•    Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

•    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
•    3-5 years of experience in RTR with a focus on service delivery.
•    Expertise in RTR tools and technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, GenAI
•    Strong analytical, strategic, and communication abilities.
