The R&D Test Engineer III will focus on developing design verification and production test systems for newly developed Hach products to ensure they meet their performance, quality, and reliability requirements. The position will perform technical, multi-disciplined tasks to improve manufacturing quality and product performance. This includes activities such as historical data analysis, test design, documentation, and implementation/validation of equipment and process changes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop and deploy automated production test systems to Manufacturing Operations.Design and develop design verification test systems for new product designs.Participate in creation of test requirements and test strategies.Provide cost and schedule estimates for test systems developed.Ensure test system designs meet testability and reliability criteria.May fabricate test systems as required.Adhere to Hach test system development standard workProvide test system support to the Operations team by resolving issues and providing training on deployed test systems.Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Project Management and Quality personnelQUALIFICATIONS:

An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
