R&D Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be in charge of Medium Voltage GIS (Gas Insulation Switchgear), especially for RMU (Ring Main Unit), product design according to the market needs and new technology development trend.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification business areaYou will be mainly accountable for:•\tPerform electrical / mechanical design for Medium Voltage GIS (Gas Insulation Switchgear), especially for RMU (Ring Main Unit).•\tDesign optimization by performing necessary analysis, e.g. DFMA, FMEA, six-sigma, simulation.•\tCoordination on prototype making and type test according to GB/IEC standard.•\tFollow up new technologies for focused products, have a clear view of technology development trend.•\tEnsure a successful execution and provide excellent technical contribution to R&D projects.

Qualifications for the role

\tMaster degree or above, majored in electrical Engineering\tMore than 6 years on electrical design, Switchgear design experience.\tGood knowledge about power system and relevant IEC/GB/DL standards.\tFluent in MS office tools, SolidWorks, Ansys, Abaqus.\tFamiliar with power products new technology development trend, especially for RMU\tFamiliar with manufacture processes of various parts.\tFluent in both oral and written English\tExcellent innovation capability \tSelf-motivated, high curiosity and ability to learn about new technologies\tTeam player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
