Your role and responsibilities

The quality intern ensures the quality management system works properly and involves people in the organization to advise on changes, how to implement them, and provide training, tools, and techniques to achieve quality standards.Main Responsibilities•\tSupports the R&D agile teams on the application of the quality management system and advises the implementation of quality assurance activities. Assure that mandatory processes, procedures, and standards are followed.•\tSupports quality management system training event including video editing, training content translation and sharing.•\tCoordinates external functional safety audit and follow-up of external audit findings.•\tSupports process owners in defining, maintaining, and communicating process changes.•\tSupports continuous improvement team to drive innovation, improvement and communication in functional safety development processes and tools.

Qualifications for the role

Basic Requirements:\tMinimum Education Level: Master students\tGood communication skills and team player\tGood leadership and conflict management skill\tStrong attention to details and the ability to work accurately under deadlines\tFluent written and spoken English/Chinese\tGood in office software incl. Word, Excel, Power Point etc.\tBasic knowledge in Microsoft Azure DevOps.\tBasic knowledge in Microsoft Power BI.\tPositive attitude and willingness to learn.
