R&D Product Development Intern.

We are looking for a Product Development Intern to join us for a four-month work term starting in May 2025. This role will involve working as part of a team on various product development projects and gaining exposure to the phases of the product development process. In the role, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with different functions within the organization and receive mentoring from experienced product developers.
This position will be based in our Florenceville, New Brunswick office, with the expectation of working onsite/in-office three days a week.

Currently enrolled in your 3rd or 4th year of university, pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related fieldA love of food!Skills:
Ability to effectively manage tight timelines and prioritize tasks in an agile environment; flexibly handling additional tasks as assigned.Self-starting personality - you are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.You communicate with honesty and kindness and can build trusting relationships.You have exceptional interpersonal skills.Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.High proficiency with standard MS applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
About the team.
The intern will be part of our North American Product Development team. The team designs and develops exciting new products such as fries, pizza pockets, and desserts for retail and food service customers.
This position will be based in our Florenceville office, with the expectation of working onsite/in-office three days a week.

Hybrid
Compensation Package: $20.00 - $26.00 CAD hourly
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
