MISSION: 

The TDM1 industrializer is responsible for local material industrialization for projects whose complexity is determined by the initial impact analysis (low to average complexity on the technology/industrial/scope scale). They manage evolutions within their activity in connection with materials and processes (PMPM) and help the shop solve marche courante material problems. 

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS: 

Key accomplishments related to generic mission: 

Local materiaI industrialization :  

Defines and implements local quality-planning elements: local risk analysis, including action plans and test/trial plans, running, and summaries.  

Marche courante technical support 

Helps the shop solve marche courante problems requiring a simple methodology (short loop, …) 

Contributes to improving shop indicators (IC, debit, waste, %NC, TRSP) when a new industrialization is necessary. 

Referentials / Tools and Methods 

Applies and analyzes central referentials as well as their local breakdown (application of Michelin Standard). 

Uses digital tools as needed (industrialization, progress, marche courante support, etc.) : collects data, cleans and analyzes data. 

To accomplish this mission, the local industrializer 1 relies on the behavioral competencies expected of the position and the ICARE behaviors for everyone. 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 

Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. 

Good knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, chemicals, and polymers. 

Able to work independently, resourceful, creative, with a positive attitude, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Special skills or expertise: project management, analytical thinking, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. 

Strong proficiency in data processing using Microsoft Office programs. 

Fluent in spoken and written English (min. B1 level). 

Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
