As a Process Development Engineer I you will assist in the development and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment under direct supervision. This detail-oriented individual will become a central point for material needs, testing, and prototyping for the Replacement Materials effort, which is an exploratory project as part of a global initiative. Responsibilities include collecting and organizing data and observations (photos, videos, notes) during testing, emphasizing traceability, documentation, and good housekeeping. The role requires an interest in material characterization and comfort with hands-on work, including test setup, running, sample preparation, and product building. Additionally, the individual will build quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements. The ideal candidate has experience with documentation using MS products and a strong attention to detail. We can pay between $24-$31.50 per hour.
