You will work across multiple applications, including wind energy, Industrial flooring, and wear technology. You will be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team where innovation thrives, and your expertise will have a direct impact on the products of tomorrow. **Key Responsibilities** : + Raw material and finished product control: Ensuring the quality of incoming raw materials and outgoing products. + Testing and evaluation: Conducting tests on alternative raw materials to ensure product consistency and sustainability. + New product development (NPD): Leading the development of cutting-edge cement-based products for various applications, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of the market. + Technical support: Providing expert technical support to sales and production teams, ensuring that product specifications and capabilities are communicated clearly. + Research and innovation: Investigating new and alternative materials, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our solutions. **What we expect from you:** + Education: A background in chemical engineering or civil engineering with a specialization in cement technology, inorganic chemistry, or cement additives. + Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the cement, concrete, or tile adhesive industry, preferably with experience in growth sectors.
