As a R&D (Associate) Project Manager for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for being in charge of project management on product development project.
Your responsibilitiesLeading R&D project team and manage project process smoothly according to plan, within budget and delivery on time Cooperating with other departments and other TCs and LBU/GPGs in order to finish project on time and targetParticipating MV switchgear R&D work according to project requirement, including mechanical components and electrical components 3D and 2D design, preparing related project documentLeading or conducting related analysis and simulation during product development, experiences of quality tools (such as DFM/A, FMEA, TRIZ) and mechanical and electrical simulationsGuiding or participating prototype manufacturing and type testsBeing responsible for problem analysis and solving of product technical related issues, providing technical support
Your backgroundBachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering5 years’ experience in power products (Low Voltage, Medium Voltage, High voltage, apparatus), Rich knowledge of power system, medium voltage switchgear and relevant IEC/GB/DL standardsWell know MS office tools, SolidWorks, Auto-CAD and simulation tool and other related, Familiar with manufacture processes of various partsBe good at oral and written EnglishGood communication and presentation skills
