En tant que Référent(e) Technique Standardisation (F/H), vous jouerez un rôle central dans l’optimisation et la standardisation de nos produits techniques en coordonnant la collaboration entre nos différents bureaux d’études.

A ce titre, vous serez responsable de :

Analyser et identifier les opportunités de rationalisation des conceptions, en fonction de la typologie des applications et des clients.Définir et mettre en œuvre les briques techniques standardisées appliquées aux produits Thermodyn.Coordonner la rédaction et les mises à jour de la documentation technique et méthodologique liée aux standards.Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les bureaux d'études ainsi que les équipes ingénierie, production, achats et qualité pour assurer l’alignement des spécifications techniques.Coordonner la diffusion et l’application des standards auprès des équipes commerciales, achats et ingénierie.Assurer la formation et le support technique aux différentes équipes, pour garantir une bonne compréhension et application des standards.Apporter le support technique pour expliquer les standards aux clients et les convaincre.Faire évoluer les standards en fonction du retour d’expérience site, de l’acceptation des clients, de l’évolution du marché et des mises à jour des normes et réglementations en vigueur

Utilisez tout votre potentiel

Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous devrez :

Avoir un Bac+5 en ingénierie mécanique ou industrielJustifier d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience en milieu industriel idéalement dans la conception ou la standardisation des produits techniques préférablement dans le secteur de l’Oil & Gaz ou l’énergie.Maitrise des outils de conception et de modélisation : SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD ou équivalent.Capacité à interpréter et rédiger des documents techniquesSens de l’analyse technique avec orientation amélioration continue et réduction des coûts.Esprit d’analyse, rigueur et curiosité technique.Aptitude à travailler en transversalité avec différentes équipes. Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion de projet.Anglais technique requis (écrit et oral).

As a Technical Standardization Specialist, you will play a key role in the optimization and standardization of our technical products, leading collaboration between our engineering departments and helping build a library/catalogue of reusable technical modules.

As a Technical Standardization Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Identify opportunities for standardizing subsystems and components to improve competitiveness, quality and reduce design lead times.Unite the technical focal points across 7 engineering offices around a shared vision of standards.Define reusable technical solutions and develop the associated documentation.Work closely with production, procurement, quality and commercial teams to ensure alignment on technical specifications.Support internal teams and clients in understanding and applying proposed solutionsProvide internal training and continuously improve standards based on field feedback and market evolution.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Hold a Master’s defree in mechanical or industrial engineeringHave at least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the Oil & Gas or energy sector.Be proficient in design and modeling tools such as SolidWorks, Creo , AutoCAD or equivalent.Be able to interpret and write technical documents and engineering specifications.Have strong oral and written communication skills. Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Be comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse teams.Be proficient in English
