Hire Resolve’s client in the PQS industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Montenegro.

 

Responsibilities:

Conducting cost estimates and preparing budgets for construction projects Preparing tender documents and soliciting bids from contractors Analyzing and evaluating contractor proposals and negotiating contracts Managing project budgets and monitoring costs throughout the construction phase Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions Managing change orders and variations to contract scope Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project success

 

Key Requirements:

4-5 years’ experience within a PQS Environment focusing on commercial building projects BSc. in Quantity Surveying Professional registration as a Pr.QS with the SACQSP Permanent role in Montenegro
