Key Performance Areas
Compiling estimates and bills of quantities
Manage site resources
Monitoring project expenditure
Liaising with suppliers for quotations
Preparation of tender documentation bill of quantities valuation orders reports and claims
Preparing Budgets
Cost Reports

Requirements
BTech or related industry qualification
Must have 2 years site and estimation experience
Must have excellent communication skills

Salary Market related based on experience
