We’re Hiring: Quantity Surveyor (Construction)
Location: North Riding, JHB
Salary: R40K – R45K per month

Hire Resolve is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s dynamic team in the construction industry in Northriding, JHB. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management, project estimation, and budgeting with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities: Cost Management & Control: Oversee and manage construction costs to ensure projects stay within budget. Project Estimation & Budgeting: Provide accurate project estimates, helping to define project budgets and financials. Analytical Skills: Analyze costs, track spending, and assess the financial health of projects. Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of accuracy when reviewing budgets, estimates, and other construction documents. Mathematical & Problem-Solving Skills: Solve complex mathematical issues relating to cost estimates and budgeting. Construction Cost Estimating Software: Utilize industry-standard estimating software for accurate and efficient cost management. Construction Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest practices, materials, and technologies in the construction industry. Requirements: Degree in Construction Quantity Surveying 5+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role, particularly within the construction field. Strong knowledge of cost management and project estimation. Proficient in construction cost estimating software. Excellent mathematical, problem-solving, and analytical skills. In-depth knowledge of construction industry practices and materials.
