Hire Resolve’s client, a leading provider of comprehensive quantity surveying and project management services, is currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Constantia Kloof, Roodepoort. Responsibilities Conduct detailed cost analysis and estimates for private sector and retail projects. Prepare and manage bills of quantities using WinQS/Dimex software. Monitor project budgets, identify cost variances, and recommend corrective measures. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure efficient resource allocation. Conduct on-site inspections to verify progress and adherence to specifications. Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations. Requirements Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong background in private sector and retail projects. Proficiency in WinQS and Dimex software is essential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
