Global Quality Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies. Each day, you will support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit. You will also showcase your expertise by reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases and maintaining process documentation. The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Quality Management in AMR, in Spain. Main stakeholders are Production and Process Engineering departments.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tTreating non-conformities and reporting the quality issues data, ensuring adherence to quality management system at all stages (periodically checking finished and semi-finished products).•\tAcquiring and reporting quality metrics and KPIs accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate the analysis and management of local processes.•\tUtilizing measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes.•\tTraining local operational teams on relevant elements of quality management, supporting implementation, and promoting opportunities for improvement.•\tParticipates in the problem-solving activities.You will join a dynamic, high-performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role\tYou are engaged in with Quality tools and methodologies (such as, Control Plan, 8D, Process audit, etc.) in the industrial market.\tYou have at least 3 years of experience in industrial sectors (e.g. Automotive, Aeronautics, renewable energy) doing quality tasks.\tPossess knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.\tYou are passionate about Teamwork and Continuous Improvement.\tHave a demonstrated proven experience of Quality operations in assembly processes.\tYou are at ease communicating in English.
