Take the next step to become an integral part of our team by applying today and kickstart your journey with us. **SUMMARY** Under the general direction of the Quality and Compliance Manager, the Quality Technician I is responsible for supporting quality engineering functions to ensure complete and accurate documentation and records are generated and sustained. The Quality Technician gathers necessary manufacturing and inspection records, demonstrates completion of all compliance activities, answers customer questions and inquiries, and supports transactional steps to ensure product successfully ships to meet customer needs. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** + Generate, track, and maintain deviation requests to ensure product build records are accurate and complete. + Coordinate customer source inspection activities in support of scheduled ship dates. + Assist with the identification and application of elements of the corrective action process, including problem identification, failure analysis, root cause analysis, problem correction, recurrent control and verification of effectiveness. + Support data flow and identification on area continuous improvement boards. + Support kaizen activity and related activities. + Assist in the implementation of data collection plans, including consideration of how the data will be collected, including check sheets, data coding techniques and automated data collection. _*Other duties as required in support of the department and the company*_ **SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES** + Thisjob has no supervisory responsibilities **QUALIFICATIONS** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.
