Job Description:

As a Quality Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company’s products meet the highest standards for food safety and quality. You will be responsible for inspecting finished products, materials, and assemblies to verify their conformance to company standards. Additionally, you will perform sensory evaluations, work closely with the production team, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:Inspect and verify the quality of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet company standards.Perform random sampling, sensory evaluations, and use advanced inspection methods to assess product quality.Collaborate with the operations team to address quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.Keep accurate records of inspection results, and report on any issues requiring immediate attention.Ensure that all food safety regulations and standards are being adhered to during the production process.Assist in problem-solving events to determine the root cause of quality issues and implement preventive measures.Help train new employees on quality control procedures, and assist with lab work when necessary.Top Skills & Qualifications:

Quality Assurance: Knowledge of quality standards and methods to ensure product consistency.Attention to Detail: Ability to identify even the slightest deviations from standard operating procedures.Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of food safety regulations and quality control processes.Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments to achieve common goals.

Nice to Haves:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $23.50
