Quality Technician
Job Title: Quality Technician Job Description The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of production batches and consistent production quality by following GMP, conducting lab analysis, maintaining documentation, and validating processes. The candidate will collect and analyze samples using various lab skills such as Alcohol, Sugar, pH, GC, and spectrophotometer. Responsibilities + Ensure the integrity of production batches and consistent production quality. + Follow GMP guidelines and conduct lab analysis. + Maintain detailed documentation and validate processes. + Collect and analyze samples using various lab skills including Alcohol, Sugar, pH, GC, and spectrophotometer. + Perform quality checks and quality assurance activities. Essential Skills + Quality control + Laboratory skills + Biology + Microbiology + GMP knowledge + Quality/Manufacturing experience (1 year) + Data entry + Quality checks and quality assurance Additional Skills & Qualifications + Must be able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment + Manufacturing experience required + Lab experience is a plus + Ability to problem solve + Team player Work Environment The work environment includes a large campus where the candidate will be walking and on their feet a lot. It is a clean environment with 2 technicians on every shift, 2 assistant quality managers, and a quality lead. The shift is from 5:15 PM to 5:30 AM on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The candidate must be open to Saturday overtime and covering the Sunday-Tuesday shift if another member is on PTO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $21.75 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
