Quality Systems Specialist

**Job Description Summary**
This role is responsible for ensuring quality management systems (QMS) in line with corporate standards and regulatory requirements. This role may design, prepare, and maintain data reports and metrics to support compliance and trend quality issues. Additionally, the role will drive continuous improvement across the site QMS by analyzing quality performance metrics and collaborating with cross functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure the site quality management systems (QMS) complies with corporate standards and other regulatory requirements.
+ Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality management processes, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
+ May conduct analysis to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) identified for nonconformances and ensure CAPAs are not past due.
+ Provides support for plant change controls as Change Control Coordinator Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
+ Provides training and support to employees on quality management principles and practices.
+ May support eDHR creation and maintenance.
+ May support external audits.
+ Other duties as assigned
This position **requires:**
+ High School Diploma or GED
**Preferred** qualifications include:
+ Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and other relevant standards.
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Working knowledge of TrackWise and SAP
+ Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
