Key Responsibilities:

Manage Quality Systems: Define standards and lead quality teams to ensure system health with zero critical deviations.Digital Quality Management: Oversee the digitalization of Quality Controls and maintenance of laboratory equipment.Documentation & Investigation: Develop Quality documentation and investigate deviations, implementing action plans.Collaborate Across Teams: Support Engineering and Operations in designing and maintaining effective quality systems.Lead Initiatives: Participate in local, regional, and global workgroups to promote best practices in quality.

What We’re Looking For:

Understanding of Quality Systems and a willingness to learn.Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to build effective relationships with plant leadership and other departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing Quality Systems and improvement projects.Commitment to achieving results and driving quality initiatives.

Job Qualifications

Degree or certification in laboratory skills:
o Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology or similar.
o Professional training in Laboratory Analysis and Quality Control.
o Professional Training in Application Development 
o Professional Training in Digitization Applied to Industry.
