Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and support the company Quality Management System (QMS) via ETQ RelianceEnsure that company follows industry best practices, and promotes standardization across divisions and software instancesMaintain internal customer communication to gather, define, develop, and support solutions while assuring timely status updates and issue resolutionProduce technical documentation for new and existing system applicationsProvide support and troubleshooting of IT systems and data interfacesAssist with data reportingPerform other duties/projects as assigned
