SUMMARY:

The Quality Supervisor is responsible to supervise and drive continuous improvement for the quality team.  This position ensures the team is led in accordance with Andersen Corporation’s values, employee covenant and strategic direction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruit, hire, and onboard employees under the supervision of a more senior leader. Translate team strategy into actions for team to carry out under the direction of a more senior leader. Execute projects to carry out team strategy.Provide direct leadership to team and indirect leadership to other support functions.Provide coaching, feedback and development to team, promoting career growth opportunities.Ensure the desired work quality levels are achieved through use of standard work and training to those standards utilizing tools/data.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Demonstrated leadership of projects and processes.Strong skills in managing teamwork, interpersonal conflict, and collaboration effectively and ability to coach and develop others.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
