Now hiring a Project Quality Supervisor in Ridgeville, SC area. The role consists of overseeing project operations, managing teams, and ensuring quality standards are met.

What we are looking for:

Project Management: Set up projects, manage deliverables, and coordinate team efforts.Team Leadership: Train and supervise inspectors, foster a positive work environment, and encourage employee growth.Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, inspect products, and resolve issues.Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients and address their needs.Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and ensure team members are up-to-date on procedures.

Work Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

Flexibility and adaptabilityPositive attitude and self-motivatedDetail orientatedAssociates degree or equivalent work experience2+ years of supervisory/leadership experienceExperience with business to business customer relationsBilingual English / Spanish is a plus
