Quality Specialist (Engineer) **Job Description:** **Quality Specialist** **Location: Olive Branch, MS** _Milwaukee Tool is_ _seeking_ _a highly motivated and detail-ori_ _ented Quality Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Specialist, you will play a_ _strategic_ _role in ensuring the highest level of product quality and customer_ _satisfaction._ _Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and passion for delivering excellence will contribute to our on-going success in providing best-in-class tools and equipment to our end-users._ _The quality specialist role_ _will collaborate closely with the cross-functional team to drive_ _continuous_ _improvement ini_ _tiatives and implement robust quality control processes_ _across various_ _quality management pillars_ _-_ _including quality systems, product testing,_ _training, ma_ _terial review board (MRB),_ _8D/Corrective Action, etc._ **You'll** **also be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:** + Develop and implement quality system procedures and policies that align with Milwaukee’s Quality System including non-conforming material, material review board, work instructions, disposition instructions + Own documentation, such as Inspections and Non-Conforming Material Reports(NCMR’s), edit and update status via computer or tabletin ERP and QMS Systems. + Quarantine parts per WI when non-conformances occur or otherwise appropriate + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, and Quality teams to address quality-related challenges and drive improvements + Develop and deliver training and guidance to employees on quality control processes, tools, and techniques + Develop, manage, and operate programs for Metrology and Test Lab equipment - including tensile/torque testers, hand-held gages, high-complexity systems, as well as CMM/VMM + Collect and analyze quality data and metrics, such as scrap cost, defect rates, inspection/sorting time, etc. to identify trends and areas of opportunity + Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality control processes, inspection results, corrective actions, and other quality-related activities.
