Your role and responsibilities

ABB Service Renewables in Jüri, Estonia is looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in deploying and facilitating a quality culture within the Renewables Service team. You will ensure and control quality to exceed customer expectations while maintaining sustainable operations. Representing the customer's voice within local teams, you will provide valuable feedback and input on customer experiences.Working model: Onsite #LIonsite• Implementing internal controls to verify that processes meet requirements and ensuring control plans are effective in mitigating risks• Managing technical documentation, ensuring it is prepared and kept up-to-date• Coaching employees to evaluate risks, problems, and solutions from a customer/stakeholder perspective• Helping local teams apply an operational approach and process management system that is continually evaluated for effectiveness• Performing audits and using analytics to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances, and assisting in applying corrective and preventive actions

Qualifications for the role

You have in-depth technical proficiency and understanding of the design and operation of electrical machinesYour sound knowledge of ISO standards and production processes ensures compliance and qualityFamiliarity with relevant laws and regulations helps you navigate industry requirementsA collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills enable effective teamworkHigher education in a relevant field provides the foundation for your expertiseGood written and spoken communication skills in English and Estonian; Russian is beneficial
