Summary: Seeking a Quality Specialist to perform inspections and verifications to ensure product and process adherence to quality standards in the food industry.

Requirements:

BS in Food Science or related major, or High School Diploma with 3+ years of experience in the food industry. Ability to work any days of the week.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with equipment verification (e.g., metal detector, x-ray, scales).

Responsibilities:

Conduct quality inspections along the production chain from receiving to dispatching. Ensure products meet established quality standards before, during, and after production. Perform daily checks for food safety and plant maintenance. Review operator paperwork for compliance with quality standards. Perform cleaning verification using ATP and EMP testing.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
