Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe role of the Quality Safety and Regulation Coordinator is to ensure the implementation of the Quality methods in the plant, to be able to deliver products that meet the requirements based on qualified processes. These methods are based on FES, standard processes and principles of prevention and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensure through S/R audits that the appropriate tools to meet requirements are implemented.Coordinate improvement plans in coherence with the committed objectives for its perimeter.Stop any process or product delivery in case of serious non-compliance (customer expectations or problems safety and regulations).Audit of production lines against standards.Compilation and analysis of S/R audit results for the detection of Top offenders and systemic failures to correct.Ensure plant compliance with FES, safety and regulation and automotive standards.Train and raise awareness among people on S/R issues.Ensure compliance with corrective actions implemented for previous S/R incidents.Development and execution of an audit plan for preventive monitoring.Review of PSR Matrix for new projects.Provide support and advise quality engineers regarding Safety and Regulatory issues.Guide the teams for investigations when there is a safety and regulatory incident.Use of AMS system to launch alerts in case of incidents linked to Safety and Regulations.Monitoring of AMS Alerts, for their closure on time.Design and execution of Task Force for areas of greatest impact.Participate in FMEA reverse.Monitoring implementations of transversal memos.Your profile and competencies to succeedKey requirements:
