The Quality Release Officer is responsible for full audit of the electronic and paper-based Batch Manufacturing and Packaging documents and rapid release for packing of products manufactured and/or packed at Carole Park along with associated administrative duties.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
To audit executed electronic and paper-based batch manufacturing and packaging documents in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and release bulk materials in SAP for packing as per the rapid release procedureApply appropriate decision-making skills during review of batch and cleaning exceptions and exercise sound judgement to quality impactsCommunicate effectively and provide status updates of current workloads to other department managersSupport and encourage continuous improvement initiatives for the benefit of the Quality department and the wider businessEnsure activities comply with GMP, legal and ethical standardsProvide insight and apply creativity to challenging situationsPlan, monitor and achieve goals within set time framesProvide, build and maintain consistent, reliable and accurate customer servicePresent a professional imagePerform other duties as required by managementCommunicate and endorse safety practices, monitor key safety performance indicators and visibly participate in promoting safety policies and initiativesJob Requirements:
