What You Will Do:
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and/or performing service report reviews, entering/assigning complaints, and coding for trending purposes for our Emergency Care business. Additional responsibilities may require you to:
Review and determine what service reports from field service require further investigation.Enter complaints, primarily from field service reports as required.Communicate to field service to ask screening questions or obtain missing information.Assist with data collection and trending as required.Assist during internal audits.Coordinate product returns.Communicate and coach technical support, service depot, and field service on reporting expectations.What You Need:

High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of professional experienceCompetency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)Preferred:
Associate or bachelor’s degreeExperience with Track Wise, SalesForce/ServiceMaxModerate level of medical device industry knowledge$24.21/hr. – $32.75/hr., plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
