Purpose and Mission Contributes to the smooth operation and output of production facilities, ensuring both safety and product excellence. Key Activities and Responsibilities

Operate Machinery and Equipment:
- Set up, operate, and maintain machinery according to operational guidelines to meet quality targets.
- Conduct regular quality checks and troubleshoot issues to maintain equipment efficiency and product standards.

Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Monitor production processes to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Quality Assurance:
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of production quantities, equipment status, and any issues encountered.

Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize production efficiency and quality.

Skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies within the industry Strong problem-solving skills to address production challenges and deviations Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and tools Previous Experience Previous experience in a production environment is preferred. Qualifications and Education High school diploma or equivalent.   Be bold and take the leap!
