Quality Manager in Projects (QMiP)
Imagine yourself being a crucial part of a growing Energy business with exciting opportunities.As a Quality Manager in Projects you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and ensuring all quality standards and processes are adhered to in our project execution.We are part of Siemens Smart Infrastructure. Our Electrification and Automation business unit delivers a comprehensive range of products and solutions across the entire energy value chain, encompassing both physical and digital smart technologies. We have specialists in mid- and low-voltage distribution systems and actively contributes to developing solutions for various customer projects, including those in the power distribution infrastructure, solar- and wind power projects.
Your responsibilitiesDevelop and implement project-specific quality plans and ensure compliance with Siemens Quality Management standards.Monitor and review project processes and documentation to guarantee adherence to specified quality benchmarks.Identify and manage risks related to product and process quality and lead continuous improvement initiatives.Conduct regular audits, quality checks, and assessments to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.Provide training and guidance to team members on quality management practices and methodologies.About youYou will fit the role requirements if you:Have +5 years of experience in Quality Management within complex projects, preferably in a similar business - or if you have a junior profile with the right mindsetHave a hands-on approach and act proactively with all stakeholdersCan work independently and have resilience in fast paced complex working environment. Are self-driven and understand working in an international environmentHave strong analytical skills and an attention to detail.Are fluent English and local language here both written and oral What we offer you  In your new position you will take charge of interesting tasks in in the heart of future energy- and power supply business.Throughout your onboarding you will be given an introduction on how to use our systems, so you feel safe and ready to take on your exciting new tasks.
