MAU is hiring a Quality Manager for our client in Blythewood, SC. As a Quality Manager, you will help plan, coordinate, and direct quality assurance programs to ensure continuous improvement and consistent product standards. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

OR Equivalent combination of education and experience. General Requirements Strong proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. Ability to promote quality awareness across associates and suppliers. Capability to represent the manufacturing division at internal and external meetings. Ability to complete training requirements for quality associates. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. Essential Functions Formulate and maintain quality control objectives in collaboration with production management. Direct inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous material, facility, and product control. Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards and maintain certification. Plan and organize training related to product quality and reliability. Investigate customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution. Oversee quality planning and the implementation of control plans. Assist with internal quality audits and related follow-ups. Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented to resolve nonconformances. Develop quality scrap and customer reports to evaluate plant quality performance. Supervise Senior Quality Engineers and QA Group Leaders. Perform other duties as assigned. Working Conditions Work is primarily conducted in an office setting with extensive computer use. Regular exposure to manufacturing environments requiring PPE, including safety glasses, slip-resistant shoes, and hearing protection. Travel by automobile and plane required approximately 10–20% of the time. Physical Demands Requires sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a computer and office equipment.
