We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **Activities** **Comply with quality, ethics, safety, and productivity standards in a disciplined manner and promote an optimal level of work and continuous improvement.** **Ensure that:** + Customer complaints / corrective actions are addressed in a timely manner to ensure that customer satisfaction is impacted as little as possible and to ensure that external quality levels improve year after year in a steady manner. + Quality leadership is exercised and ensures the effective participation of the various departments in the resolution of customer complaints and the 8D methodology is followed appropriately . + The failure analysis of the products returned by the customer is carried out in a timely and effective manner. + Measurement of internal quality (rework and scrap) is carried out so that projects for improvement are identified and led to improvement projects. + The product tests contemplated in the annual testing program were carried out in a timely manner. + Control plans are prepared and monitored to ensure that the quality of the product is achieved and preserved at all stages of the process. + Assure that the product meets the customer's specifications, through quality inspection the product from its reception to being shipped. + Champion of the Six Sigma program. + Coordinate that the metrology and calibration program is carried out in a timely and effective manner. + Coordinate quality audits by customers, certification of the quality management system and, if necessary, those required by organizations such as ASME, PED/UKCA, CSA, UL, etc. + Coordinate the support of Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) staff for the development, evaluation, and improvement of the supplier base. **Requirements** + Implementation of ISO 9001 quality system. + Experience in conducting first and second party audits. + Experience in problem solving methods, such as 8 Disciplines, DMAIC, PDCA, etc. + Knowledge of statistical techniques and their application, for example 7 tools, DOE, ANOVA, Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing. + Six Sigma. + Previous experience as a Leader, Manager or Quality Management of at least 3 years. + English 90% **Education** + Industrial, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree. Master in quality or business administration preferable. **Skills** + Leadership. + Proactive. + Analysis and Synthesis. + Negotiation with other departments in benefit of the company and customers. + Ease of speaking and presenting in public or customers (in Spanish and English). + Skills to prepare presentations effectively. **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
