As a Quality Manager, you will:
Lead the Quality TeamCollaborate with critical business partners such as Sales, Suppliers, Supplier Quality, Engineering, Procurement and WarrantyCollaborate with cross-functional groups and teams and provide quality guidance and support for new and existing productsCollaborate with Customers to resolve any product or process-related issuesDevelop quality processes, systems, and methods associated with Customer supportProcess optimization and Lean Daily ManagementGeneration of Customer quality plans to address issuesDevelop and present technical updates to cross-functional teams, Business Unit leaders, and CustomersMaintain ISO 2015 CertificationWork with Plant Quality teams to resolve internal process or supplier material issues that impact the Plant and CustomersLead Projects supporting A2L, R290, CO2 ProgramsManage projects relating to PPAP, Pilots, ECN, New Business Opportunities, New Product Development, X-Line, Next Gen Units, Refrigerant Charging, Test Boards, Leak Tests, Nitrogen Purge, Valves, Packaging, Deviations, Electronic Live Load, First Pass YieldSupport improving the Safety Culture scoreOther activities that the organization may identifyREQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Controls, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent relevant experience5 years operations/materials experience or other relevant experienceAt least 3 years in a quality engineering roleExcellent communication, leadership and presentation skillsStrong background in quality management, quality engineering, lean manufacturingProficient with Microsoft applications: Excel, PowerPoint, and WordUp to 5-10%; ability to travel domestically and internationallyLegal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship is not available for this positionPREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

The general working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM onsite. Occasional after-hour work may be required.

About Our Location
Our newly renovated Sidney campus has 1M square feet of manufacturing floor with an additional 120k square feet of leading-edge lab facilities. This location is the headquarters for our HVACR Americas business unit. Through our many years of compressor expertise, our products help bring comfort and convenience to refrigeration, commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. Approximately 1600 employees work in Sidney, who all support a multitude of business functions.
