Implementation and further development of Quality/Process Management in the Technology division. This includes the independent execution of tasks within the framework of Quality Management Governance, with a focus on:
• Structuring and maintaining the central QM system, including the related guidelines, methods, and QM processes.
• Management and further development of IT systems and SharePoint.
• Ensuring the DIN ISO 9001 certification according to the defined scope.
• Professional guidance and consulting for departments within quality and process management and tooling.
• Simplifying and digitizing workflows and systems.
• Independent leadership and participation in projects/initiatives according to the requirements of QM/Process Management Governance (across departments and businesses).
• Developing, updating, and improving QMS guideline documents, procedures, and standards.
• Further development and monitoring of quality methods and tools.
• Comprehensive planning and implementation of necessary QM processes.
• Communication and professional exchange on quality/process management to promote quality awareness.
• Participation and representation of interests in relevant cross-functional quality management committees and communities.
• Consulting and support for process owners and managers on quality, process, and tooling-related topics.
• Reporting and monitoring relevant QM system KPIs.
• Independent, cross-functional coordination of process/client interfaces, such as QM/PzM experts and process owners and managers for core/detail processes.
• Responsible for identifying client requirements and expectations related to quality management.
• Participation in supplier qualification/audits, both internal and external, as well as support and organization of client audits.
• Coordination/leadership of cross-functional projects within the scope of QM/PzM Governance.
• Serves as a professional point of contact at HAL/AL/GL levels.
• Works cooperatively, constructively, and purposefully with others.
• Preparation of documents and business case templates for projects.
• Resource estimation for projects.
• Close working relationships with QM/process management experts in other business areas.
• Strong interfaces with various suppliers in the context of certification projects and QM lifecycle management.
• Taking on SPOC (Single Point of Contact) activities as part of corporate programs.
• Solid knowledge of common standards and methods/tools in the quality/process management field (ISO, e-TOM, ITIL, etc.).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in VF or equivalent.
• Specialized knowledge in various areas of quality management or in related IT systems/tools.
• Actively seeks information, ideas, and trends on QM/PzM topics.
• Strong client and process orientation
• Understanding of commercial relationships.
• Solid knowledge of process analysis and modeling, including the use and operation of the process modeling tool ADONIS.
• Proficient in the administration and development of tools for BPM and Data Exploration (ADONIS, QLIK, SharePoint, PowerBI).
• Proficient in english.
