**Job Description**
Ensure product quality by inspecting, testing, and measuring parts. Support the machining team with documentation and data entry.
**Responsibilities**
+ Re-mill defective parts.
+ Inspect and test product runs.
+ Monitor machine dies and components.
+ Perform quality functions: testing, documenting, measuring, machining, and re-testing.
+ Heavy documentation and data entry.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3-5 years in Quality Lab Technician and Metal Fabrication roles.
+ Mechanical skills and precision measurement experience.
+ Mill and machine operations experience.
+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and using calipers and micrometers.
+ Data entry proficiency using Excel.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Testing experience in the metal industry.
+ Flexibility for day and night shifts.
+ Ability to work in a union environment.
+ Willingness to work Saturdays.
**Work Environment**
+ Union environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, heat, cold, and noise.
+ Flexible shifts, including split shifts and occasional Saturdays.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $26.44/hr.
