As a Quality Lab Technician, you will provide assistance to the Quality Assurance laboratory with different Quality initiatives. You will work onsite in Ennis, TX and you will report to the QA Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities:

Help obtain supplies and calibrating equipmentAnalyze production samples and raw material samples for physical and chemical characteristicsInvestigate quality and production issues including customer complaints per supervisor requestsPrepare samples for internal and external customers as requestedMaintain quality production records in a timely mannerAssist the Quality Assurance Supervisor in maintaining the ISO9001 responsibilitiesSuggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase safety and efficiency of shop, department, or employeesEnsure adherence to appropriate government regulations and company proceduresAny ad-hoc task or project assigned by management

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of manufacturing experienceValid Driver's License; local travel requiredDemonstrated computer experienceDemonstrated good communication skillsAbility to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
